Master theses spring 2027

Are you passionate about cutting-edge simulation technologies and their real-world impact? At Fraunhofer-Chalmers Centre for Industrial Mathematics (FCC), you will join a dynamic and agile team specializing in computational engineering, AI, geometry and motion planning, mathematical modeling, algorithmic design, and numerical simulations. We work closely with leading global companies and research partners to develop advanced methods and software for applications in manufacturing, mining, energy, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, paper & packaging, and other technology-intensive industries.

Student profile
Master student at Chalmers or Gothenburg University. When writing the master thesis in spring 2027, there is the possibility to start with a part-time student position during autumn 2026.

The theses are performed onsite at our office in Chalmers Science Park – Johanneberg, Gothenburg, Sweden.
