NLMEModeling is a Mathematica application for parameter estimation of nonlinear mixed-effects models of dynamical systems given time-series data from a set of subjects.
Models are specified in terms of parametrized systems of ordinary or stochastic differential equations together with a set of observation expressions. The application provides functions for parameter estimation, model validation, visualization of population data and model predictions, and simulation for synthetic data generation.
